  • Full refund of visa fees

Case 2: Application Submitted to Government Authority

Situation:

  • Order has been received
  • Visa application has been submitted to the government authority

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund of service fee only
  • Visa fee is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to the government agency

Case 3: Visa Application Rejected

Situation:

  • Order has been received
  • Visa application has been submitted
  • Visa application has been rejected

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund of service fee only
  • Visa fee is non-refundable, as it has already been paid to the government authority

Case 4: Visa Application Approved

Situation:

  • Order has been received
  • Visa application has been submitted
  • Visa application has been approved

Refund Policy:

  • No refund applicable
  • This indicates a successful and completed service

Case 5: Error from Our Side

Situation:

  • Order has been received
  • Visa application has been submitted
  • An error occurred due to our mistake

Resolution:

  • Visa application will be reprocessed at no additional cost

How to Submit a Refund Request

If a refund is applicable, you may submit a Refund Request using the designated link within 60 days of service delivery.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed immediately
  • You will receive a notification once processed
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Verify your bank account to confirm the amount has not already been credited
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
